But once you get a straight week under your belt of doing it every day, I notice it gets easier and easier each and every day. It is like at first the body has this resistance to building up the habit, but then starts to give in all of a sudden. And then, doing that exercise becomes a ritual that seems abnormal without doing it. It is almost just like getting started on doing a research project. Like I was hunting for information on and I noticed that I had a really hard time starting out, but once I got going and doing a few searches, it became cake by the next day.
