There was this lady that parked in the handicapped parking space, but she did not have a handicapped sticker or license plate. She was young and seemed to be in good shape so I went over to her and asked where her handicap sticker was and she replied she did not have one and did not even realize she parked in my parking space. She immediately responded that she made an error and would move her car to avoid the fine and allow me to park there.
